| It helps but is bulky by C. Duston (Texas) 4 Stars November 19, 2009 The band helps balance the tendon load between the outside and inside of the arm which allows the damaged tendon to heal. It also restricts the arm from abrupt and extensive bending which also aides in healing. It is bulky which takes some getting uses to.
| | Its amazing by Yash Upadhyay (Dallas TX) 5 Stars October 29, 2009 I had this golfer's elbow (I dont play golf :(...) sometime back and I tried everything from ice, rest, massage, ultrasound but the thing that gave me most relief was this band. Although i had to get cortisone shot in my elbow. This is worth using. I still use it while working out.Pro Band Sports BandIT Arm Band, Black/White
| | Bandit - Buy It by spf1701 (Somers, NY) 5 Stars October 22, 2009 I tried using a forearm support from CVS. It was bulky and uncomfortable. Tried the BandIT - wow! Great support in a small package. This thing really works!
| | I like it, but had to modify it by Bubba M. 4 Stars October 18, 2009 I've tried seven different braces for my tennis elbow. Of them all, this one does the best but I did have to modify it a little for the best performance.
I went to the hardware store and bought that dense felt that's used to cushion chair legs and glued a small circle of it to the foam, right under the BandIt Logo.
The foam presses on my forearm, right where it needs to, and I finally get relief!
| | BandIt Arm Band - Simple Yet Most Effective by G4driver (Charleston, SC United States) 5 Stars October 11, 2009 This band is easy to use and very effective. It has a simple, yet most effective design. It's comfortable and when wearing it, I don't notice it. Best of all, when I hit against hard hitting 4.0 USTA rated guys , I don't feel pain in my right forearm near the elbow.
I had a BandIt Arm Band in 1993, and lost it after I had moved.
I haven't had tennis elbow since then, but recently noticed the pain in my right forearm after demoing new racquet a few weeks ago. The racquet felt like I was hitting with a 2' by 4', and my arm hurt after demoing it.
A guy on my team had a spare arm band, and I borrowed it two weeks ago. His band required two people to tighten it. What a horrible design. I washed his band and returned it. Then I went to Amazon to look for the BandIT. I remembered how well it worked for me in the early 90s and ordered another one.
After playing for two hours, I simply wash it with warm water and rinse with cool water and like it drip-dry in the bathroom before throwing it back in my tennis bag.
Hopefully wearing this BandIT will not be a long term ordeal, but I've played with it several times now and I can hit like I want without pain.
This product works for me and I've been playing tennis for 30 years.
I give this product my highest recommendation especially if your looking for relief on the court.
