I expected the larger size of Aqua Mira to be a larger version of the smaller containers with the tops easy to measure out the required number of drops to treat water in an outdoor setting. It seems the larger size is more set up to treating very large quantities of water. I was able to use the old small containers I had by removing the tops with difficulty and restocking the smaller size. It's OK, but not what I expected. Hang onto to your smaller bottles if you use them to treat water for backpacking, etc.
