I have used this bottle for over a year and love it. I have tried several water filtration bottles and this is by far my favorite. I have never experienced any of the previous reviewer's problems, in fact this is the only bottle I have tried that has a workable air vent -- a small plastic part that opens to let air in after you drink. (The air intake makes a bubbly noise so don't plan to use it at the symphony.) Nor have I had trouble with the filter falling off. The water tastes good and is easy to access with a small squeeze. You can drink without squeezing but it is slow. If it gets hard to drink it's time for a new filter. I have bought straight from the manufacturer in the past and am glad to see it show up on Amazon. Overall, the best filtration bottle I have tried.

I ordered this bottle in red and extra filters to go with it. I work in a school so I avoid the drinking fountains (germs!) and am left with tap water that has a funky taste. The water that was filtered tasted good (that's what the 2 stars are for) but the design is terrible. The filter drops out of the lid into the bottle at least once a day causing me to have to dump the whole thing out to retrieve it. You also have to squeeze the bottle to get any water but when you finish drinking, the air never returns to the bottle and it's crumbled until you unscrew the cap.
I really wanted this bottle to give me filtered water without buying bottled water but no luck. I am back to buying cases of bottled water.
