I bought three bottles to carry alkaline water from the Enagic office to my home. One of them cracked and half of the water spilled. I had the bottle on the floor of my Jeep. I don't know what happened.
I chose this style because I had previously purchased the other style from an Enagic dealer. That bottle cracked, on the day of purchase, while I was carrying it home in my backpack. Another bottle that I purchased on the same day from the dealer had a slow leak. There was a tiny crack and a drop of water would appear within a 12 hour period. So far, I have lost $25 dollars in damaged goods and in a very short period of time.
I have used the 1 liter New Wave Enviro bottles and they are great. Unfortunately, the gallon size is not as sturdy.

Needed two 1 gal jugs for our refrigerator. I have a water filter in the basement so no need to buy bottled water. Jugs are very good quality, fit in the refrigerator and have no PBS?s. Price is very good and shipping was not too expensive. Will buy from these folks again. H. Childs, Boston, Ma. my only review so be gentle.

Mine broke and started leaking in less than 2 weeks. Poor design and cheap material. I'd go with something a little more sturdy.
