| ebola! by H. Marcelynas (San Clemente, CA) 5 Stars November 04, 2007 sounds crazy, but I'm obsessed with researching deadly viruses & Ebola happens to be my 'favorite'. I was planning on getting all my friends & family viruses for X-mas...but couldn't help to buy this for my friend's new baby. The description could've been a bit more graphic...but overall I'd rate it to be one of the best kitschy gifts you can find.
| | Child safe Ebola lesson by AJ (San Diego, CA) 5 Stars July 26, 2007 We love these products. Ebola is a pretty serious disease, but the disease summary on the information tag is gentle and kid-friendly. This one is a pretty good buy - he's big and sturdy for the price and all of these products are soft, cute, and highly educational.

| HIV GIANT MICROBE by Giant Microbes
H.I.V. kills CD4 cells, or T-helper cells ? Once the immune system is compromised, a person develops AIDS (acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome) ? H.I.V. is most commonly transmitted by sexual contact with an infected person
? Insect bites and sweat carry almost no risk of transmission ? Studies show that drying H.I.V. infected fluids can reduce viral presence by 90-99% ? There is no vaccine for H.I.V. and no cure for AIDS
