A Princess from Head to Toe We appreciated the whole princess-like package -- the tiara, the sparkly dress, the light-up pendant. Everyone child dreams of being royalty and we think think this singing Barbie will hit just the right note with your own would-be princesses. It would be nice if you could remove her princess dress for those days when Barbie wants a more casual look, but that isn't the case here. We like the hairstyle that Princess Liana sports (with two sections of hair knotted together at the nape of her neck), but we worry that younger girls might accidentally muss it with inadvertent brushing and end up with a bad-hair day for Barbie. These minor criticisms aside, we think this Barbie will be a hit with little girls even if they haven't seen the movie "Barbie and the Diamond Castle." My 5 year old has the sister to this doll and saved her money for Liana..she loves it - plays with both of them all the time.

My daughter liked this doll! She loved the movie, so I got her the doll to go along with it! She carried it around for a few days, then forgot all about it! She plays with it a lot though!

My little girl who is about 4.5-years-old loves fairy tales and anything princess related. We were lucky in that we found this doll, in almost mint condition at the consignment store for less than [..] I figured it was a great deal, and it was - Princess Liana not only looks beautiful, but has interesting features that have made her a firm favorite amongst my daughter's collection of princess dolls [mainly Disney]. Princess Liana has a beautiful gown, but what is amazing is that with a turn of the knob at the back of the doll, Princess Liana's dress will start to swirl in the front like a windmill, and reveal a more glamorous look. The doll also has a sort of button on one of her palms and when pressed, a song from The Diamond Castle plays. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the dress cannot be detached and that her legs don't move. Other than that, this is a beautiful doll that is fun and engaging!

My daughter got this for her birthday. It wasn't working within 3 hours and she was not rough with it. The knob to change the dress no longer does anything except chime so if N wants to change the dolls skirt, she has to do it by hand. A very disappointing waste of money.

My 4 year old daughter loves this doll. The clothes cannot be removed but it doesn't seem to bother her. She loves the music it plays.
