After reading the other reviews, Grandma purchased this for my son for his 8th birthday. It was so hard to get the pieces to move. It took too long to transform, so long my son gave up. Some pieces wouldn't even move. We are returning this purchase before it has time to break! Not happy at all with this toy - it's not made to be a toy & to be played with.

Bought this as a present for my nephew and it is wrapped and already sent for Christmas morning. So I can't really answer the questions of how much fun, educational, durable it is. However, I have to say i looked at other similar items as this (different bubble bee pkgs) and this one seemed bigger, nicer than ones I seen in stores. I believe my nephew who is 8 yrs old will enjoy this very much.

My 5-year-old son received this Transformer as a gift, and he was thrilled with it, until it snapped in half near the back of a front fender (after only two weeks of play time). Now the toy is unusable. We are very disappointed, as he loved playing with Bumblebee and Sam. My son has lots of other Transformers, and he does not play roughly with them. It's a shame that this toy didn't last long, given that it is so expensive.

Thank goodness for pictures! Thanks for the pictures from the fan who put his up here ^_~, help me with my 'Bee greatly! First off, Bee is a great Transformer, he's my fave, he's adorable. So when I got this Human Alliance, I was blown away by the accurate detail...WOAH. They really got it right with this one. The design is right down to the tee compared to the movie. I love it! So sam comes with it....LOL, I could do without him (I know Alliance is the point of the toy, but I love Bumblebee so much, even if I take Sam off, he looks and works great! Great detail, Accuracy in the cannon, has a Battle Mask (yay!), and is just cuuuute! ^_~ Go Bumblebee Go!
