This is buy far the most popular children's toy for Christmas. Still, no matter how much my child wants it I will not pay $40 over the retail value. The hamsters sell for $8 at walmart and people want $60 dollars for them? Please, just wait for the store to get more in stock. I hate when people stock up on items and price gouge. Zhu Zhu pet sellers are no different.

"Everytime these cute little guys are on the television set my four year old daughter starts jumping up and down! I am so happy I ordered them early and amazon had them in stock as they are IMPOSSIBLE to find in local toy stores...get them now before they are all bought up! I cant wait to see the look on her face when she opens this gift, and purchase the activity funhouse so zhu zhu has a home!"

All I know is my kids ask for things and worse than them being sold-out, they are sold out to criminals who take advantage of desperate parents to make a profit.
Capitolism is good, snaching up every $11.00 toy you can find then selling it for $50 - $60 is sick.

This little guy is cute . the price was a robbery. Lost interest quickly because NUM NUM kept turning on his side and not rolling in his ball. Ball hard to put together. the wheels pinch little fingers not unlike a real hampster. Unless your child is just begging forthis save your $$$$. At $9.95 it is ok no more.
