Story The storyline of Modern Warfare 2 picks up where the events of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare left off. mw2 is the sequal to the game of the year dall of duty modern warfare. the single player is short but full of action. its a must have for all fps shooters. and there is 3rd person shooter multiplayer if u like that!! the online is amazing and the spec opps mode is really fun. so i give it a 5 out of 5. and in 2 years maybe 3, be ready for a modern warfare 3!!

The new special ops mode allows you to experience amazing thrill on the campaign with other friends 2-4 people and it's challenging and many objectives to complete. The competitive online took 2 years to finish and it's better than ever before. Your missions take you around the world to a number of exotic locations the action is smooth and fun to go through The aggressive enemy AI will keep you active and success is hard-earned and satisfying. The campaign is pretty short and takes 5 hours to complete. A dramatic prison rescue, a marine infiltration, and a snow mobile chase makes the campaign fun to finish. The action is much faster and deadlier and there is many different guns, perks and equipments to help you as you level. Overall 9.8 out of 10 Amazing game to play with friends Definitely recommend it keeps you playing for hours

Buy it!!! Theres a reason why a game breaks so many records and its the follow up. The story is awesome but yes its short. THE GAME IS MADE FOR ONLINE!!!!!! If you get this game remember the hype is about the online play. It broke almost every record so far because of the online play. If you dont play it online DONT WRITE A REVIEW. I love this game and if you buy it you will to.

I am not a game tester and I only have a few games for PC and PS3, but I think this is a great game. No regrets making this one one of the few I will buy. Yes, I have stumbled on gliches a couple of times like the sound will mess up for a few minutes but the game saves frequently so if it ever goes down completely I guess it won't be a big deal. It is quite hard at first to get the hang of and I found right away that I am not qualified to play death match yet, but it is getting easier. It might have to do with the graphics being so good with so much detail, it takes some time to get used to the game play. Not sure about those of you who have finished the single player part in 4 hours. I'm glad I'm not that good because I feel like I will get my $60 bucks worth out of this one when I get through. I'm running it on 1080i and a 5 year old TV. It looks clearer and fits the screen better than some other games that get stretched at the edge of my TV. The variety of weapons is great and they all function and perform differently. If the game was any more realistic you would have to wear body armor when playing it. Some of the action is stressful and intense with bullets flying at you from snipers and other hidden locations with the periodic granade to escape in panic from. Music during game play is fantastic. Example: Some missions take you to South America and the music here fits great. If you have surround sound, wow. SO in short, I give Modern Warfare 2 high marks. I haven't played it's predecessors as I haven't had my PS3 for very long. Perhaps if I had, I'd be more credical.

This is the first FPS game that I bought in probably over 5 years, and I had a blast. If you're a casual gamer like me, and just want some eye candy and an easy to follow game where you shoot down the bad guys...this is it. The campaign mode is pretty short I guess, around 6 hours of play time. But the online gameplay is nice, and it's a good game to have when friends come over and you want a split-screen shooter. Overall, it's a fun game; it's easy to pick up and you get to shoot down a bunch of russkies.
