I really wanted to like this product, but I will pretty much need to buy a new headset to replace it. The speaker works fine and with no problems, but the microphone is not sensitive enough to transmit any voice. I end up having to either yell or just remove the headset.

I bought this to work with my cordless landline phone, in large part because of the noise cancellation feature. With the first one I tried, people had trouble hearing me -- low volume (even when I was talking relatively loudly) and muffled sound -- perhaps because of the noise cancellation capabilities. I requested a replacement through Amazon and they promptly complied. Unfortunately, I had the same problems with low volume and muffled sound. I returned both of them.

inexpensive wired headsets for mobiles are a disappearing. this little gem is a great performer, especially at this price. My only issue is when walking on the street, particularly if it's windy, the mic picks up a lot of noise. not surprising as this doesn't have a muff or any noise canceling. but for conversations at home or at desk this headset works great.
