The headset is nice but not great. So far, everyone can hear me better than my old Motorla headset. However, it is extremely uncomfortable for me to wear on my ear. My sister had the same headset and she loved it. Considering the cost of the headset, I think it is a good value. I just wish it could be more comfortable to wear for a longer period of time.

I've scoured what's out there (or at least thru peer reviews in Amazon). I think after countless, sleepless hours a la the survivors in The Body Snatchers, I found one with a strange, coffee-sounding name -- Latte.
First, it's not made in China (but in Korea), though I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It has a sturdy, over-the-ear support so you need not tilt your head 45 degrees to keep it from falling. The sound is also acceptable (accdg to my friends) even if I don't have a radio-announcer voice.
The only DOWNSIDE is that the Bluetooth LED light keeps on blinking. It's OK when you're using it during daytime. But come evening (and I'm writing this in autumn) the LED keeps on glowing with the precision of lab-made subparticles. Everyone knows I'm wearing Bluetooth!!
OK. So the conspicuously white Latte doesn't really hide itself, but the blue blinking lights just screams Dr. Spock! Thank goodness I just wear it when I'm driving. But even then, other drivers can't look at me with a straight face, or without giving me the universal Trekkie welcome sign.
