Nice carbon fiber look. Concerned with reviews below about it not lasting, but have had mine a few months and it is holding up well. People who see assume it is more expensive than the bargain it is. Only improvement would to have more padding within for protection.

I received the carbon fiber case from case mate for the I-phone. Although the case is of very high quality it IS NOT carbon fiber; it is a carbon fiber look alike in leather wrapped around a hard case. The phone fits snuggly into the case. I have received many compliments from the younger generation on the case and I can look like the coolest "Dad" when I take my phone out now. Overall, and for the price, I would recommend this case as a "BUY".

This case has a great look and feel. Were it not for the screen cover which I could never get clear and bubble free, I would give this case 5 starts. But I'm a guy who usually slips my phone into a pocket without keys or change in it, so I'm not worried about having a screen cover to protect against scratches. The case itself is excellent... slides easily into and out of pockets.

After having this case for several months now (since the 3GS came out), I have mixed emotions about it. The case does protect the phone very well while in it and it looks cool as well. However the phone tends to slide out a little too easily it seems with a potential for dropping the phone at times and chance breaking it. Also as some people have noted, some of the letters/keys on the keyboard are a tad bit difficult to always hit easily, especially the "P" and "Q". It does get easier with time but does take some getting use to. All in all, a good case but could use some minor changes/improvements.

This case is awesome. I researched for days before stumbling upon this product for my new iPhone 3GS. The carbon fiber leather feels great and gives the case a nice texture and grip with a classy sophisticated look. I get comments all the time on my case and people asking where I got it. I'vd had mine for a few weeks now and it still looks brand new. I don't recommend the screen shield that comes with it. It was way too hard to apply and didn't look all that great. Get the $15 ones at the Apple store for that, their worth it as they go on easy and look fantastic. I highly doubt you will find a better case on the market than this gem.
