This case is great. Minimal profile/mass, holds iPhone well, and releases it easily. It takes some eperience to get a "feel" for when the iPhone is securely installed in the holster, but that's not a limitation of the product

I have used this case for 3 months now. The phone case fits perfectly; yet has holes so I can sync, adjust volume, etc. The holster holds the encased phone securely & snugly but it is easy to remove the phone to answer or to replace in the holster. The phone has never dropped out of the holster. The holster has never fallen off my belt. I has similar style holster (different manufacturer) for my Treo; and the hinge on the holster clip was a weak point, and often broke. No similar problem for me for this case so far. I am buying another for a gift.

The design of this case is great. The clip broke after a week. Anyway, this is my experience.
