Shuts off all the time for no reason, magically fails to send text mssgs, ridiculous updates, the chrome peels almost immediatly, sound quality sucks, and if you carry it in a pocket or purse your touch screen subscribes you to all kinds of stuff. I can't wait to get a new phone.

This is by far the worst phone I've ever had. Got it when I switched to verizon last year, and have regretted doing so. Here are the problems I've encountered: 1) Touch screen is almost useless for scrolling-it registers a selection when you try to scroll, even with the lightest touch. 2) Battery life is abysmal. When my phone needed recharging every day-without use!- I brought it to a verizon store since it was still under warranty. The tech said it was the phone, not the battery (shouldn't have trusted him). Verizon sent a replacement, a refurbished, dirty phone, and the problem was not solved. I'm now on my 3rd battery with same results. 3) For this poor quality, it's very expensive even with a new service contract. The phone is basically useless; it powers down after one text or call. Get an iPhone instead.

The Voyager Titanium is an okay phone. For what it's supposed to do, it works. I hate the touch screen. It rarely responds to my touch and when it does respond, it responds in ways I did not want. It is very frustrating. I have calibrated the damned thing several times and still cannot get it to respond to my touch. I have difficulty finding where the LG people have placed certain tasks, options or settings. For example, I know that I can change the voice of the Command Lady, but, cannot find where it is. I swear, I've gone through every option on the menu looking for it. I know it's there because I saw it once before. As I said, it's an okay phone. I can hear everyone and they can hear me. That's the most important thing, I guess.

I have owned this phone for approximately 16 months and it has been great. It does have a learning curve to get adjusted to the sensitive touch screen and some of its features. I feel some of the poor reviews are in part because of these functions but you cannot blame the phone for user error. My touch screen has woked flawlessly for as long as I have owned it. I have to manually lock the touch screen at times or I will accidentally call someone while it is in my pocket, but it is a touch screen and that is what it is designed to do. The only thing frustrating thing about this phone is the camera. It has an extremely long shutter lag time so action shots are out of the question. I have tried to adjust it, but I have not been successful. Other than that it is a great phone and I am considering just keeping this phone when my contract is up.

If Verizon had half a brain they would have said yes when Apple asked to ship the iPhone w/ Verizon but they didn't realizing their mistake they tried to get a touchscreen phone its terrible worst phone ever made should never have been given to consumers
