It is very useful if you use your cell phone while you are driving and don't want to get a ticket. You can use your phone without holding it. The holders on the sides adjust to every cell phone or mp3 devices.

It works just great. I just use the mount to vent. It is cool because you can put photo so when phone isn't there you can see picture you like.

It looks fairly cheap, but it serves it's purpose and it works pretty well holding my G1 even through the rough bumps in the road, my phone has not fallen.
