Students' Summer Shows: Art & Design Degree Shows in London and the South East

Exciting new work by this year's graduates of The Surrey Institute of Art & Design University College will be revealed at a series of degree shows to be held throughout central London and the South East during June and July 2003.

Spanning the disciplines of art, design, media and communication, the shows will launch the careers of the Institute's crop of creative graduates and will provide visitors with a taste of things to come. A potentially rich hunting-ground for employers searching for talented, trend-setting, new recruits, the shows are also open to the general public who can snap up the opportunity to commission an original work of art, a designer item for the home or, perhaps, a strikingly individual designer suit.

Celebrating the endeavours and achievements of The Surrey Institute's BA (Hons) students, these degree shows cover a wide range of specialisms including Branding & Packaging, Fashion, Fine Art, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Photography, Textiles and Three Dimensional Design. This year, the very first students to graduate from recently introduced programmes in Fashion Journalism, Graphic Design New Media and Product Design Sustainable Futures will also be exhibiting their work.

A thriving and vibrant community of researchers, staff and students, The Surrey Institute of Art & Design University College is one of Europe's largest specialist colleges of art, design, media and communication.
