Researchers have developed a bioelectronics system that uses a living hydrogel interface to monitor and manage skin inflammation in a mouse model of psoriasis. The ABLE platform leverages Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria to modulate skin cell activity and mitigate psoriasis-related genes.
