Researchers found that good sleep patterns can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease by up to 35% compared to unhealthy sleep patterns. People with a healthy sleep score of 5 had nearly seven fewer cases of cardiovascular disease per 1000 people per year compared to those with a poor sleep pattern.
