Researchers found that adding JAK inhibitors to cancer checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapies improves patients' responses in two separate clinical studies. The combination therapy resulted in better clinical responses in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and those with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma.
