A phase 3 trial shows daraxonrasib, an oral RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor, improves overall and progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. The treatment also demonstrated substantial tumor shrinkage or disappearance in patients with a known RAS G12 mutation.
