A new study found that adding five minutes of exercise to a daily routine can help lower blood pressure. Replacing sedentary behaviors with moderate-intensity exercise, such as short bursts of running or cycling, can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure by 0.68mmHg and 0.54mmHg respectively.
