Researchers developed anti-CTLA-4 nanobodies that promote antitumor immune responses without inducing colitis in mice, advancing the development of next-generation CTLA-4 inhibitors. The study found that these nanobodies can activate a subset of regulatory T cells while preserving antitumor effects.
