A new tissue-integrated prosthetic knee restores natural leg function in above-knee amputees, enabling fluid and adaptive movement. The osseointegrated mechanoneural prosthesis (OMP) system combines direct neuromuscular control, bone-anchored implant, and agonist-antagonist myoneural interfaces to replicate natural muscle interactions.
