A real-world analysis of 3,450 kidney transplant patients treated with SGLT2 inhibitors found significant reductions in kidney transplant rejection (59% less likely), kidney transplant failure (33% less likely), major adverse cardiac events (40% less likely), and mortality risk (44% less likely) over a 3-year period.
