About The Study: This phase 3 randomized controlled trial found that gefurulimab (once-weekly, self-administered injection) provided significant early and sustained clinical benefits for adults with generalized myasthenia gravis. Results showed meaningful improvements in daily living and muscle strength scores compared to placebo at week 26, and most side effects were mild, with similar incidence between treatment and control groups.
