They will explore population booms and development trends influencing each city, the increasing challenge of housing affordability amid the national housing shortage, the potential for AI-driven economic shifts to redefine real estate investment, and trends in sustainability and climate-related property risks.
The Dallas event will mark the second in a three-part series of this year’s annual McCombs Business Outlook series, presented in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
