East Hanover, NJ – Octo ber 23, 202 6 – Best Companies Group has recognized Kessler Foundation as one of its 2027 America’s Best Workplaces. The awards are held in partnership with BridgeTower Media.

America’s Best Workplaces Awards by Best Companies Group identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment across the United States. It is a celebration of excellence in company culture that honors numerous employers and ranks all the best workplaces in small, medium, large, and enterprise business categories.

Winners were previously recognized by Best Companies Group in at least one other data-driven recognition program. Earlier this year, Kessler Foundation was named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women, and one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey.

“We are honored to once again be recognized as one of America’s Best Workplaces,” said Rodger DeRose, president and chief executive officer of Kessler Foundation. “Great workplaces are not defined by the work they do, but by the people who make that work matter. At Kessler Foundation, our people are our greatest strength, our mission is our shared purpose, and changing lives is our greatest reward. When we lift each other up, we make it possible to lift others even higher.”

The rankings were determined using Best Companies Group’s algorithm. The algorithm used data from each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics, as well as data from an employee survey that measured employee experience. The overall scores determined which workplaces were recognized and which were ranked at the top of their category.
