New guidelines aim to elevate comprehensive care for people with severe epilepsy
The updated guidelines provide 52 recommendations that span services including inpatient evaluation, therapeutic options, and outpatient chronic disease management. A multidisciplinary approach is also emphasized to coordinate different specialists.
