ASPS study indicates breast reduction diminishes breast cancer in high-risk women

A study by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons suggests that breast reduction can decrease the chance of developing breast cancer by 50-70 percent in high-risk women. The report is based on six observational studies conducted in the US, Canada, Denmark, and Sweden, examining over 32,000 women.
