Murphy receives funding for risk-need-responsivity project

Creality K1 Max 3D Printer rapidly prototypes brackets, adapters, and fixtures for instruments and classroom demonstrations at large build volume.

Amy Murphy, Project Director, Advancing Correctional Excellence (ACE!), Criminology, Law and Society, received $8,000 from the Bureau of Justice Assistance for: "Maricopa County RNR FY21."

RNR stands for "Risk-Need-Responsivity." This is a tool developed by ACE! researchers that helps to match individuals in the criminal justice system with services and programs based on their risk and need factors.

Funding for this award began in July 2020 and will end in late June 2021.
