Davis Instruments Vantage Pro2 Weather Station offers research-grade local weather data for networked stations, campuses, and community observatories.


Researchers report predictions of March snowpack in the western United States based on climate conditions observed on July 1 of the previous year using a set of global climate models, which outperformed statistical predictions of March snowpack based on the same climate conditions, suggesting that seasonal snowpack predictions from global climate models could be used to inform water management and related water hazard preparedness.
