Compuscript Publishing is pleased to announce that Zoonoses , an open-access journal dedicated to research on zoonotic diseases and One Health, has been accepted for coverage in the Web of Science Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI).

Inclusion in ESCI marks an important milestone in the journal's development and reflects its commitment to publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed research addressing the interconnected health of humans, animals, and the environment.

ESCI is part of the Web of Science Core Collection and includes journals that meet established standards for editorial quality, peer review, ethical publishing practices, and technical publishing performance. Coverage in ESCI will increase the visibility and discoverability of research published in Zoonoses across the global scholarly community.

Zoonoses provides an interdisciplinary forum for research spanning infectious diseases, epidemiology, veterinary medicine, ecology, public health, surveillance, prevention, and One Health approaches to disease control. Inclusion in ESCI will increase the accessibility of research published in the journal to researchers, clinicians, veterinarians, public health professionals, policymakers, and other stakeholders working to understand and address zoonotic and emerging infectious disease threats.

Acceptance into ESCI further strengthens Zoonoses as an international platform for research at the interface of human, animal, and environmental health. Compuscript Publishing will continue to work closely with the journal's editorial leadership, authors, and reviewers to support the journal's growth, quality, and international reach.
