Chang Studying Predictive Resilient Chain Intelligence

Kuo-Chu Chang, Professor, Systems Engineering and Operations Research (SEOR), College of Engineering and Computing (CEC), received funding for the project: “PRECISION: Predictive Resilient Chain Intelligence with Secure Integrated Optimization Networks.”

He is assisting AI Fusion, Inc. (AIF), to help the organization develop knowledge graph-based reasoning and predictive analytics techniques to support the PRECISION prototype for supply chain risk assessment and decision support.

Chang received $60,000 from AIF on a subaward from the U.S. Department of the Air Force for this research. Funding began in April 2026 and will end in late June 2026.
