LOS ANGELES, CA (June 4, 2026) — Sage’s How to Do Research and Get Published webinar series has been awarded the Gold Award in the Publishing Education and Training Initiatives category at the 2026 EPIC Awards , presented by the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP).
The EPIC Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across scholarly publishing, recognizing initiatives that advance communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the global research community. Winners were announced on May 28 during the SSP Annual Meeting in Chula Vista, California.
Sage’s How to Do Research and Get Published series is a free, global webinar program designed to support researchers at every stage of their publishing journey. Featuring expert speakers from across disciplines, the series addresses common challenges in academic careers and provides practical guidance on topics such as journal selection, peer review, open access, and research dissemination.
