About The Study: In this cohort study of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, nighttime response was associated with lower adjusted odds of sustained return of spontaneous circulation, neurologically favorable survival, and postresuscitation survival. Emergency care factors accounted for only a portion of the decreased odds of survival at nighttime.
