What The Study Did: Nationwide data showed decreased cervical cancer incidence and death among women and girls ages 15 to 24 after introduction of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. Decreases were greater than changes among those ages 25 to 29 and 30 to 39, suggesting possible associations with HPV vaccination.
