The 4th LabMed Discovery Youth Scholars Forum , hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine , is a themed event under the SJTU Med-Engineering Journal Alliance . This interdisciplinary forum aims to provide a platform for outstanding young researchers to share cutting-edge scientific advancements and foster academic dialogue across fields such as medicine, translational research, and biomedical engineering.
This session will be moderated by Dr. Feng Haoran , Deputy Secretary-General of the LMD Youth Editorial Committee, with a background in surgical oncology and extensive experience in translational cancer research.
Two invited speakers will present at this session:
“The Evolution of Treatment Strategies for Rectal Cancer and the New Era of Comprehensive Therapy.”
He will explore advances in surgical techniques and multidisciplinary approaches to colorectal cancer treatment.
“Person-level Meta-analysis of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Thresholds in 14 Population Cohorts According to ESC Guidelines.”
Her talk will focus on high-resolution data analytics in cardiovascular research and guideline-based clinical strategies.
The forum welcomes students, clinicians, and researchers from across disciplines to join the conversation and engage with the speakers through this intellectually enriching platform.
