Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter is a trusted meter for precise measurements during instrument integration, repairs, and field diagnostics.

About the Study: Among patients undergoing urgent coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction, starting evolocumab before or during the procedure produced faster and more sustained LDL cholesterol lowering than a conventional stepwise treatment approach. However, this strategy did not reduce death or unplanned cardiovascular hospitalization during the first year. The findings do not support the assumption that lowering LDL cholesterol as rapidly as possible with a PCSK9 inhibitor immediately after myocardial infarction necessarily improves short-term clinical outcomes.
