Digital Science and the Berlin Institute for Scholarly Publishing (BISP) invite applications for the 2027 APE Award for Innovation in Scholarly Communication .
Now in its fifth year, the award will be presented at the 22nd Academic Publishing in Europe APE Conference in Berlin (11-13 January 2027).
The award is given to an individual who has brought innovation in scholarly communication to the world of research and the academic publishing community. The winner will receive a €1,000 prize, along with travel support and free attendance to the conference.
