About the Study : In a comparative study of 11,681 US cancer clinical trial, industry-sponsored trials were more likely to focus on single-agent drug therapies, while federally sponsored trials were more likely to evaluate nontreatment interventions, multimodality treatment strategies, deescalation approaches, and therapies for rare cancers and children.
