Bentham Science presents Promising Cancer Therapeutic Drug Targets: Recent Advancements, a timely and in-depth resource on the latest strategies in cancer treatment. This comprehensive volume presents emerging therapeutic avenues, novel drug delivery systems, and innovative molecular targeting mechanisms designed to combat cancer more effectively.

Structured around molecular targets and therapeutic pathways, the book provides critical insights into cutting-edge approaches such as exosomal delivery systems, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, and immunotoxin therapy. The editors have also included chapters that explain the therapeutic potential of natural compounds. A number of contributions by experts in pharmacology showcase the ability of natural compounds to disrupt cancer progression and enhance treatment responsiveness. Emphasis is also placed on cancer stem cells, apoptosis, and key signaling pathways such as Hippo, Hedgehog, and STAT3.

Key Features:

In-depth exploration of advanced therapeutic tools including CRISPR/Cas9, exosomes, and cancer stem cell-targeted treatments

Detailed insights into natural compounds with anticancer potential

Examination of key signaling pathways and apoptosis mechanisms

Analysis of drug resistance and challenges in targeted therapy
