New Finnish study: Dietary cholesterol or egg consumption do not increase the risk of stroke

A new Finnish study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that dietary cholesterol and moderate egg consumption are not associated with an increased risk of stroke. The study, which followed 1,950 men for 21 years, also found no association between these factors and stroke risk in carriers of the APOE4 phenotype.
